Red Rock Venues & Events has taken steps to improve visibility across their business and prepare themselves for the future venues and events landscape.
As one of Australia’s leading hospitality groups, Red Rock Venues & Events offers a range of award-winning function spaces and venues across Melbourne, Sydney, Western Australia and Cairns.
With a diverse range of venue types, locations and clientele, Red Rock Venues & Events required a solution that delivered transparency across the business, improved efficiency within individual venues and centralised data storage and access.
iVvy’s cloud-based venue management platform was rolled out across seven key Red Rock venues. iVvy’s solution resolved Red Rock’s main management hurdles: a lack of aggregated data, transparent reporting across the business and detailed pipeline management.
With 40 users from floor staff to functions team to executive management, Red Rock’s sites were previously using multiple venue management systems making centralised reporting, customer communication and standardised processes difficult to manage. That is, until they implemented iVvy.
“iVvy provides us with more detailed business insights across the Red Rock Venues & Events group – from the performance of a single venue to the projected pipeline across our business.
"The reports dashboard provides real-time visibility of the key metrics for our business, with daily, weekly and year-on-year view,” said Geoff Branson, Group Sales & Business Development Manager, Red Rock Venues & Events.
Since implementing iVvy, Red Rock venues have seen improvement in their aggregated data and have centralised reporting across all venues. Their customer communication has also been enhanced with iVvy's email marketing functionality, drag-and-drop design tools and customer record management
"The iVvy roll out has been seamless – the software is easy for our team to implement and update, said Geoff Branson. "It provides management with a quick understanding of how each venue is tracking, and enables venue teams to more efficiently manage functions, from lead capture to operations and post-reporting.”
